THE SANDS RESIDENCE 2
A high-end residence with unique architectural forms that seem to grow from the landscape. Light, textural interiors and feature glazing allow the environment and the design to interweave. A focus was placed on design quality through planning and material selection, resulting in an elegant and refined outcome.

MOUNT SOMERSET
Designed for a mountain-top location with 360-degree views, this lodge-style, customised residence is anchored to the hillside via heavy, stone-clad walls, supporting a lightweight upper level with soaring, peaked gable roofs. A large central, stone-clad, open fireplace is the highlight of this level along with a large infinity pool.
THE LAKE
Like a bird in flight, the central spine of this bespoke, lakeside residence is sheltered by a butterfly roof, boosting ventilation and light qualities.

300 plus stand-alone boutique residences within a gated village including a central facility building offering a coffee shop, hairdresser, lap pool, men’s shed and vegetable garden. The buildings are Queensland colonial style set within lush landscaped grounds.
BATUJIMBA
Master planning of a residential enclave in Port Douglas. Featuring 3 residences and pool gazebo around a small lake, this project truly embraces the tropical style of its surrounds (GHP Architects in association with Wolveridge Architects, Melbourne).
